ARE YOU THE ONE?

Yeah, you! Are you the one I’ve been waiting for to rescue me from this barren void? The friend that will share the good times and the bad.

What about me? Do you think that maybe I’m THE ONE that you’ve been waiting for? Hoping to find? My armors a little dented, and tarnished with age. And my once noble steed is now a broken down nag. But, if needed, I can still be Sir Galahad for a friend in need. Unfortunately, a blind woman with a sword in her hand is holding me hostage in her dungeon. Because of this I am unable to ride to anyone’s rescue, but I can be there for support, as I am only a letter away.

Now, what can I tell you that will convince you that I am worth your time? Hum, would you believe that after receiving just one letter from me, you’ll curse the postman when he doesn’t have another the very next day? Yeah, I thought not. How about this? I am 5’10”, 180. I have two children, a boy of 10 and a girl of 8. I have a decent education, I majored in mechanical engineering. I don’t play head games, and I aspire to be an author. While I spend my time writing, westerns, romances, etc. Nothing published yet, but I am ever hopeful.

What do I have to offer you? Interesting conversations, an ear to listen to your problems, a shoulder for you to either cry on or lean on, a heart to care about you, and as much emotional support as you’ll accept.

What do I want from you? As much, or little, as you’re willing to share.
