Hi,
Great to meet you! Since you are probably wondering why I am currently having to serve so much prison time, I thought I would begin by giving you a synopsis of past and present legal events. During two separate jury trials in 2004 and 2006, I was convicted of a total of four separate felony charges – two I am guilty of, two I am innocent of. Of the four convictions and four life sentences I received as punishment, three relate to a single motel room burglary (the 2004 trial) and one related to an aggravated assault fist fight (the 2006 trial). I am presently waging a Pro Se (me only) legal battle with the state and federal level post conviction Habeas Corpus Courts in Austin, Travis County, Texas U.S.A. in an effort to exonerate myself of my two wrongful convictions and to receive new, fairer punishments for my other two convictions.
On the mind level, like anyone, I have imperfections, but I also possess many redeeming qualities. I am a strong, mature, college educated, intelligent, wise, responsible, down-to-earth survivor type, who can go toe-to-toe with the best but who can also be your best friend when everyone else jumps ship on you. I have made mistakes in my past, but I have also made the necessary changes to prevent repetition in the future. I enjoy spending my time writing poems, books, music, and movie scripts and meeting new people. I am very optimistic about the future. I also do not smoke cigarettes or use mind-altering drugs.
Lastly, thanks for taking the time to read my profile. If you write me, rest assured I will always demonstrate respect, confidentiality, integrity, honesty and open-mindedness in whatever issues we elect to discuss in our letters.
Resurgam, Jeff

Post a prisoner to meet new friends. Or become an ally to a prisoner and unlock doors to build positive new relationships. Prisoners who have positive influential friends in their lives have a higher success rate in rehabilitation and a lower rate of going back to prison after they are released.
If you need to post a prisoner to meet new friends or want to be a friend to a prisoner, there's no better place to be.
