Overview

Hey!

I’m hoping my face is pressed up against the inside of your screen in a way that makes me look good. I’ve been in prison since 2001, and I take full responsibility for my actions. I’m deeply ashamed of the man I used to be, and I’ve worked hard to change.

In 2003, I earned my G.E.D., and in 2015 I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling, graduating with a 3.98 GPA. In 2017 I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling, and I’m currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program. It sounds ambitious, but it’s real.

I work as a tutor in the G.E.D. program here at the prison. Giving back is important to me. I enjoy helping others, especially those who are struggling. I used to be a very self-centered person, but today I aspire to be a better man, a man who somehow makes the world a litter brighter. Check out my blogs on adoptaninmate.org.

I’m certainly not perfect. I have good days and bad days, just like anyone else, but prison life doesn’t define me. I don’t play head games, and I have no ulterior motives. I just want to correspond with people outside of prison. I enjoy conversations about everything, so you can write to me about anything. All subjects are open. I promise never to get offended. I’m simply interested in getting to know you and forming a lasting friendship. Write me – I promise to respond. Tell me about yourself: What are you into? What motivates you? What do you dislike?

Also, you can email me directly through GettingOut.com or AccessCorrections.com. I hope you decide to send me a letter or email, but if not, don’ forget to smile today. ☺
